About The Founder
Get to Know Us
Capital Partners Connect was founded by Eddie Salem, a wannabe finance bro with an empathetic take on the capital challenges real estate investors actually face. After earning his real estate license in 2014 and entering the lending world in 2016, Eddie spent four years learning the business from the inside before launching Capital Partners Connect in 2020 with a simple focus: move fast, be transparent, and do what you say you’re going to do.
In 2021, Eddie bought his first investment property and has since expanded his portfolio. Since then he's completed several spec builds in the Beaches area of his hometown, Jacksonville, Florida. Being both a lender and an active investor keeps the firm grounded in reality and helps cut through the friction that slows deals down.
Today, Capital Partners Connect operates nationwide, built on disciplined execution, clear communication, and long-term partnerships. Eddie remains hands-on in the business, leading originations and guiding strategy while holding the firm to the same standards he expects as an investor himself.
