Julian brings a structured, analytical approach to capital strategy — helping real estate investors identify the right funding tools, stack capital efficiently, and move quickly when deals require it. His experience spans business credit, bridge lending, and hard money solutions, working alongside investors across a range of asset classes and deal sizes. Julian founded TFS Funding to serve serious investors who need a funding partner that understands the full capital stack — not just one piece of it. He is actively involved in the real estate investment community and works closely with operators, developers, and syndicators who are building at scale.
